Cancel, Returns and Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

At TiN5, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final, except for a defective product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at care@tin5.prismcodehub.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unstained, unopened, undamaged and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase and all documents provided with the product.

TiN5 reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or that are returned without prior authorization. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. We recommend that customers retain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

TiN5 does not accept returns or exchanges on promotional, sale, or clearance items. The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Items reported after 7 days from the date of receiving
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items that have any trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, and/or any stain on packaging
  • Items that have been intentionally damaged, including but not limited to, damaged packaging, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
  • Items that have no record of purchase on our official website www.tin5skin.com

 

ADDRESS ERRORS

If an item is returned to TiN5 due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

TiN5 reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
